The Priest Meeting has been Successfully Concluded with a Chrism Mass.
On the 17th of March, the Priest meeting took place and concluded successfully with a celebration of the Chrism Mass.
Thirteen of our parish priests convened at the Jerome Kuibatu Conference Room in Betania, Gizo, accompanied by their two bishops, Bishop Peter Houhou and Emeritus Bishop Capelli SDB.
This annual gathering provided an opportunity for the priests and bishops to engage in discussions, assess their ministry, and strategize for the future.
The meeting also included pastoral collaborators who presented brief reports from their respective departments.
On Thursday evening, a Chrism Mass was celebrated, during which the bishop blessed the sacred oils, symbolizing both unity and the priestly mission.
