Bishop Chris leaves Gizo!

After a number of years as Auxiliary Bishop of Gizo, Bishop Chris Cardone was appointed as the Bishop of Malaita, replacing Bishop Gerry Loft. +Chris will be located in Auki. Here are some scenes from +Chris's departure from Gizo. People were emotional and sad to see +Chris depart. He was officially installed in his new position on the 12th of December 2004 and is shown here with the Papal Bull. We wish him all the best in his new role.
