Great Achievements

Our Bishop's leadership of the Diocese of Gizo has accomplished a lot and brought about significant achievements

Everybody can tell that the Diocese has progressed significantly since our Bishop, Luciano Capelli sdb took up leadership.

The Bishop, who has a great heart, is doing his best to involve all people of our diocese, to encourage participation and praying together to achieve our goals.

He reminds us, to be courageous in difficult times and when faced with great challenges.

This 21st of October, four big cheers from the students, teaching staff and friends highlighted his Episcopal Anniversary as Bishop of the Diocese of Gizo. He celebrated his 66th birthday anniversary on the 19th of October. The diocese  prepared a small gathering to show appreciation for him and to pray that the good Lord will continue to inspire and protect him throughout his journey as a shepherd for his people in the Diocese of Gizo.
